I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was convenient, just a short walk from Shinjuku station, and the rooms were newly furnished and comfortable. However, the service could use some improvement, as some staff members were not very helpful, and I experienced noise from neighboring rooms that interrupted my sleep. Overall, it was a decent place to stay, especially for the price.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were newly and tastefully furnished, reasonably spacious for Tokyo, and had all the necessary facilities, which I appreciated. The only downside was the thin walls, as I could hear the guests next door chatting late into the night.
Service
5.0
The service was a bit hit or miss. While one staff member was kind, others, including an Italian gentleman, were rude and slow. I did appreciate the free luggage storage, though.
Location
8.0
The hotel is very conveniently located, about 15 minutes walking from Shinjuku station. While there's not much going on for food in the immediate area, it’s quiet at night and close to parks and metro stations.
Dining
7.0
The breakfast options were decent, especially the homemade yogurt and various types of bread, but I found myself eating the same thing for three days straight, which got a bit monotonous.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities were acceptable, and I found everything I needed during my stay, although nothing particularly stood out as exceptional.
